It is time to take the district's School Experience Survey. We are encouraging parents to complete their survey online.
To access the Online Parent Survey, you will:1. Go to http://achieve.lausd.net/schoolexperiencesurvey2. Click on the Parent Survey Link button.3. Choose your child's school from the drop down menu4. Take the survey5. Take a screen shot of the "Thank you" page as proof that you completed the survey. Send that screen shot to the main office.
*Please complete only one survey, no matter how many children attend Jane Addams.
